What types of leads are you looking for?

We are looking for all types of leads, including Hot - Warm - Cold Leads. As long as the seller has raised their hand and said “I’m interested in selling my property” — WE WANT IT.

How should the lead look?

With the 20 Cents Plan: Must include Seller Contact Information [Name - Phone Number - Address].

With the $3 Plan: Must include Seller Contact Information [Name - Phone Number - Address], a Call Recording, and the lead must be newer than 4 weeks old.

What's the minimum lead requirement?

We will take anywhere from 200 leads to 200,000 leads per month as long as they meet our criteria.

How do I submit leads?

Once approved, you'll get access to our secure provider portal where you can submit leads through our simple interface. We also offer API integration for larger providers.

How do I get paid?

We pay through Payoneer, Direct Wire Transfers, and Grey.

When do I get paid?

All of our providers get paid every Monday. The cycle starts Saturday and ends Friday.
